CAV-033
CAV-033 is an Antibody-Biologic Conjugate (ABC) that directs IGF-1 to skeletal muscle. This targeted therapy increases muscle mass and strength, improves glucose metabolism, and reduces fat.

How It Works: CAV-033 is an Antibody-Biologic Conjugate engineered to accumulate on the surface of muscle fibers. Once bound, CAV-033 drives muscle-specific IGF-1 receptor activation, increasing muscle size and strength.
CAV-033 in Action: A 14-day treatment with CAV-033 in mice increases muscle mass by ~30% and reduces abdominal fat by ~25%.
